honestly...

anyways...
SSSOOO much homework, tests, and school work. I can't wait for the 4 day weekend comming up. Easter will be held at my dad's cousin's house this weekend, aka my second cousin's. Usually the family comes to my house. I should probably finish up some homework and study a bit though, i am maddd tired. It doesn't even make sence though because last night i came home from my first day of outdoor track practice, ate about a pound of noodle salad, and then fell asleep around 5. I guess I was tired because I didn't wake until the following morning (this morning) at 6. 13 hours of sleep was amazing, opposed to my normal 7ish, if i'm lucky.

I really haven't updated for over a month, what a random update. So much has gone on. I guess if you care enough about what has happened in my life, over the last month, then you would not wait until now to ask or find out. I'll make another update when i'm in a better mood over the long weekend.

Runner-up district champssssss [13 Feb 2005|11:53am]
well, Gillin always told me that it is more important to sleep well two nights before a race, rather than the night before. So I told my mom that Gillin wanted us all to come into school late on Friday so we would have a few extra hours of sleep. It was wonderful and the day goes by so much faster minus a good 3 hours! The best part about it was that i got to miss an extremely hard geom test! scoreeeee

We pretty much had a day off and my "workout" consisted of a warm-up, the core workout, some hand-offs with the 4x4 team (mucho <3) and a cool down practically at walking pace. It was wonderful and i got to leave at 3, opposed to the normal 4/ 4:15ish. My new thing is extremly sllllooowww warm-up and cool-downs.

That evening we had our night before districts pasta dinner. We all pretty much ate our body weight in pasta. You may be thinking, "wow, that is NOT possible" well, it is with the sutton track teammmmm <333

OK, now SATURDAY -- districts! this is where the runner-up district champs comes in. Once again, second to Bromfield. Good job girls! The guys got first, for the second year in a row, this year we won't let it go to their heads though lol. but, props to everyone, it was a fun day! I did pretty well, second in the highjump, first in the 1000, and our 4x4 team pulled a close second to Bromfield. I was sooo close to 5 feet in the highjump, my body was over it but i kept hitting the bar with the bottom of my legs.

Oh, and the FUNNIEST part of the meet. I was sitting outside on the edge of the track where it curves with a bunch of other people from my team watching the races. So this girl walks right in front of me and stops with her ass right in my face, it is honestly about 3 inches from my nose. Then, she lifts up her shirt uncovering green shorts that i assumed were part of the sutton uniform. So after a good 5 seconds she is still standing there like that and i bring my arm back and slap her in the ass, i honestly thought it was some girl from my team trying to be a wise ass. This girl turns around and I am soon to realize that it is some random person from another team! I think she was almost as surprised as me. I'm just like "omg I thought u were someone from my team, i'm soooo sorry!!!" and she walked away quickly with a strait face. My team is all laughing uncontrollably, including me.

annnnnnnndddddd, not to forget, i got to see some of the greatest people of central mass... THE WISEMANNERS!!! it made my day. I wish that I could have stayed for their meet though, sorry guys, you did awesome according the the paper though!!!

Then late that night I went to the little bro's jv basketball game and stayed for the varsity, the usual.

Well, I am going to go find myself some lunch, bye guys!

3. Next, I will tell you who you remind me of, celebrity, animated or otherwise.

4. Last, I will try to name a single word that best describes you.

5. Put this in your journal.

[ mood | blah ]

I feel like we have hardly been in school this past week between two delays and and a day off. Absolutely not looking forward to a full five days!

Friday night I went to the basketball games, as usual. They were up at Whitinsville Christian. It was absolutely packed, even for the jv game. We lost both games, but it was a good effort.

Saturday we had leagues meet. I finally made five feet in the highjump! Second in the mile to val nydam, i'm not going to lie, I cried. It was so unexpected, but I guess you can't win them all. It was my best time at that sucky track though, maybe there's a good and bad side to everything. The thousand wasn't much better, I got first, but didn't feel like I was going fast enough. My time was reasonable, two seconds off my best. Both the girls and guys teams won! The guys win was pretty complicated though. It all came down to the last race, the 4x4. Doherity got DQ'd like 3 times, it was ridiculous. My left ankle is killing me from that damn track!

Later that night I went out on a hott date with Ash, Kaitlyn, Lins, and Al. We ate at TGI Fridays, i got my normal quesadillas lol. We then ran over to the movies to see In Good Company, but it was SOLD OUT wwwtttfffff! So we went to target and bought movies and went back to Ash's house and watched movies/ hung out.

Today I went to church with Nancy. The whitinsville christian string group was there. They sound professional. Then I went to the little brothers basketball game. It was sad, 20 point loss.

I really want to go running, but Gillin insists upon giving the ankle a few days rest, yuckkk.

Every one in my family is getting sick, really hope that I don't!

snow, snow, snow [23 Jan 2005|09:20am]

[ music | Fall Out Boy - "Where Is Your Boy Tonight?" ]

Yesterday, Saturday, was just a normal indoor meet down at South High. This track is considered the worst one in Massachusetts, and I had the "honor" of running at it every Saturday for the past two months. Only one more South High meet this year, next Saturday. It's the leagues meet. Yesterday Gillin gave me a "day off", AKA I did my normal high jumping, ran the 300, and the last leg in the 4x4. Honestly, that is less than a half mile all together! It was great, but I really miss the distance.

I got home and took a short bath. It would have been longer, but my mom called and said she wanted me to go to Ev's indoor soccer championship game. I'm glad I went, it was a great game and they won. Stayed in last night because of the snow and watched movies with my mom. Then went to bed pretty early.

Woke up this morning to about a foot and a half of snow, though close to 3 feet in some places due to drifting. I was told to take out the dog, but somehow he disappeared after a few steps outside. It so happens that the snow was taller than him! It was funny, I guess you had to be there.

Everything has been canceled today, including church! When was the last time you heard of church being canceled? The gymnastics meet i was going to with Christina was also Canceled. I love it how there could be an inch of snow and my mom refuses to go anywhere because driving conditions are too "dangerous". Well, now there is over a foot, I won't be leaving the house for a good week.

wow, how much do i want to go running right now?!?! According to the parentals, it's too "dangerous".

My brothers used the tractor to pile up a mountain of snow in the front yard. Now they are trying to build a tunnel through it and my mom is FLIPPING out. She thinks they will be in the tunnels, the snow will collapse down on them, and they will be smothered to death. My dad could care less about it all. Things get pretty ugly when they disagree this strongly.

I have this wicked bad urge to go sledding. Maybe Later today i'll go on the hill behind my house. Anyone care to join?
